How to Track Your Order

You can easily track your order directly through our website by following these steps:

1. Log in to your account on the KEVIN.MURPHY Indonesia website.
   
2. Click Profile on the top right corner.
   
3. Select My Order from the menu.
   
4. Your orders will be displayed based on their status:
   
   • To Pay: Orders awaiting payment
   • To Ship: Orders that are being prepared
   • Sent: Orders that have been shipped
   • Completed: Orders that have been delivered
   • Cancelled: Cancelled orders
     
5. Click on your order to view detailed information, including shipment status and tracking details.
